To Our INTIX Family,
This year’s conference was all about immersion,
experiences, and the value of connection. It was a
beautiful reunion of people who genuinely love this
industry and show up ready to learn, share, and
celebrate each other’s wins. It has been our honor
and privilege to serve as the co-chairs of the 47th
Anual INTIX Conference & Exhibition and welcome
our ticketing family to our home of Las Vegas.
We kicked off Monday with behind-the-scenes tour
of the world-class home of the Las Vegas Raiders,
Allegiant Stadium. While simultaneously offering the
world’s leading immersive entertainment destination,
AREA15. If there is one thing this city has, its variety!
The opening night party at Ole Red, right on the
busiest corner of the Las Vegas strip, was truly a
memorable evening and set the tone for the week of
the perfect marriage of the entertainment capital of
the world, with the top global ticketing professionals!

Outside the Box Amusements, all the way to closing
keynote by Ben Feller on how to make audiences
care it was clear that immersive experiences are no
longer niche. People want to feel inside the story,
not just adjacent to it. As ticketing continues to push
the envelope into the digital ecosystem, the need for
human connection as part of experience becomes ever
more valuable.
To all the speakers, vendors, sponsors, volunteers
and partners who showed up and contributed with
enthusiasm and vigor, thank you. And thank you
most of all to the attendees this year. The connections we build through INTIX carry us through until
we meet again. And if anyone had any doubt of the
power of ticketing, Donny Osmond summarized that
power perfectly with his surprise appearance at the
Awards Lunch - that we are the business in show
business!
As we return to our of昀椀ces, venues and organizations,
we hope you can share valuable insights with your
colleagues gained from the 77 incredible sessions on
the schedule. And we hope you have been challenged
to put radical hospitality at the forefront of your
venue and role within this entertainment industry.
We look forward to seeing you all in New Orleans,
January 25-28 for INTIX 2027!
