optimism, decision-making, persistence, and more.” In this conversation with the INTIX
audience, we explored how we all already possess the tools we need to manage change—
thanks to the timeless wisdom of Dr. Seuss. Erwin also emphasized that we can help others
navigate change by engaging their emotions and allowing them to see, feel, and act.
