New York City ...
There we were, INTIX 2025! As a relatively unknown pop star and huge NFL Fan would
sing: “The lights are so bright, but they never blind me. Welcome to New York, it’s been
waitin’ for ‘ya.”
INTIX descended on Manhattan putting knowledge, education, technology, networking
and opportunity on full display as part of our annual conference. As Board Chair, I’ve
had the chance to learn more about the behind the scenes work that is dedicated to
providing all of us a memorable and productive conference and experience. It goes
without saying, but there are many people and processes to thank for this.
Many thanks to our local committee, led by Gabe Johnson, for the planning, preparation and fun we all
experienced. We are grateful for your time and energy and for being great hosts! INTIX 2025 didn’t
disappoint – a sold out exhibition, amazing collaborative partners and sponsors, a terri昀椀c program of
education workshops and sessions and a record breaking level of attendance!
The INTIX PD&E Fund provides the opportunity for ticketing professionals to reach a higher level of
performance and it assists those who may not have the budget to attend the conference. We happily
awarded 17 grants to ticketing pros from 昀椀ve countries to this conference. The PD&E Fund is exhausted
and funded annually through direct contributions. Much of these funds are gathered at the conference.
Thank you to each of you that participated and supported our e昀昀orts here at INTIX.
Thank you all for taking the time to join us in New York (my favorite city) and battling the cold temperatures
to share ideas, friendships and growth opportunities along the way. INTIX has opened so many doors for
me, and as I exited the Board Chair door during the Conference, I couldn’t be more excited to have Ashley
Voorhees continue our great work. Her passion for INTIX and determination are clear and we are all
fortunate to have her leading us into Las Vegas in 2026.
